Went to a resort during “off season” less stuff to do.

The units A, B and C for the two bedroom condo were large and adequate for our two adult, grandson and granddaughter family with a king in the master and two queens in the 2nd bedroom, respectively. . Three full bathrooms. There was a dining room table and large living room. We came for the water park just down the street. Spent 5 hours there. We played in the playground the next day and visited the trampoline park in the next town. We also.played in the local playground near the trampoline park while we waited for it to.open. The kids wanted to stay longer.but they had to return for school.

We arrived in the dark and the map provided was too small without street names in critical places. The hotel clerk gave directions too fast. We eventually found the right building and floor. This was stressful. Furniture was a little dated but we didn't care. We weren't in the condo but to sleep.

The unit is in need of an update. The unit itself was difficult to find. Need better signage. If stairs is a problem this is not the unit for you

The location was beautiful. The units were good. The beds were hard. We had an issue with the door lock and maintenance fixed it immediately. That part if the staff was great.

I had no idea it was a time share. We did sign up for the tour because we gad no idea the amenities the place had. The tour guy was great until we said " no sale". Than another salesperson came along and offered a great deal but still it wasn't something we were looking for. We were sent to another salesperson whom was a complete jerk. I have never been talked to like that and hope to never again. The one guy completely ruined it for me. I had thought about coming back. It's a great place with so many activities but it only takes one person to belittle you. Never again.

Close to the lifts. Includes access to the rec centers.

Cockroaches and ants inside the apartment. Front staff employee was unclear about the layout of the residence. We had to figure out on our own there were TWO entrances on opposite sides of the building.

I was very disappointed in the suite. Everything was so old and out dated. AC units were so loud as were the bathroom fans. The suite we got was not what was shown on Hitels. Com when I booked. TV’s are super small. Was not what I expected.
