Sinasos Star Hotel Cappadocia

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was very helpful despite of thr language barrier. They did everything to help us with everything that we needed.

One of the best stays we have ever had. Such a beautiful hotel.But the best part of our experience was the staff. Everyone was very polite,helpful and really made you feel welcome.No one is going to regret staying there.

Everything was excellent. We needed to leave early for the airport and even got a nice breakfast 1 hour before their schedule. It's not taken for granted. Plus kind and beautiful girl in reception. )))

The hotel looks exactly like on photos. The rooms are supplied in a beautiful vintage style. The location is in the small village, which means it was very quiet and calm around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even with little knowledge of English, they made our stay comfortable and unforgettable.

Location is close to townsquare which is close to other attractions in capadocia. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Authentic decor and good vibes.

As soon as I arrived, the concierge gave me a very warm welcome. He was very professional and helpful in answering all of my questions. I do not speak Turkish, but he spoke some English, and he went out of his way to explain things to me, using Google Translate if necessary. The room was very clean and kept at a lovely temperature. The bed was comfortable and at night it was dark and quiet, so I got a great night's sleep. The hotel had beautiful views of the surrounding area. I did not try the breakfast, but as I was leaving I saw some others having it - it looked and smelled delicious. This is a great hotel, I would highly recommend it.

Nothing. After my short stay at this hotel, I moved to another hotel in the area, as planned. The next hotel was nowhere near as good as this hotel, even though it was rated 5*.
