Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good location

The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting with taxi and tour arrangements, even beyond their usual duties. The hotel, a genuine old Greek house converted into a hotel, boasts quiet ambiance, beautiful design, and well-maintained rooms that are clean and spacious. Its location in the quiet, picturesque town of Mustafapasa is excellent. Rich with history and beautifully preserved Greek-style houses now turned hotels, the town has numerous friendly shops and restaurants. There’s no hassle, and everyone seems genuinely happy. Plus, it’s an easy drive to major tourist spots

Very friendly staff (unfortunately most of them don’t speak English, but with Google translate this worked out most of the time), very good location, cozy rooms, clean.

The mattresses were very hard, the staff added quilts on top which made it better. Sometimes there was some canalization odor in the bathroom, but it always went away after a while and you didn’t smell it in the bedroom.

Muco and Aysenur went out of their way to be welcoming and accommodating. From advising us on what to do around the area to calling us to wake us for the early balloon trip. They contacted us before our trip and helped sort out a blunder I made with the booking and arranged the balloon tour. They were incredibly welcoming every time we returned to the hotel and were one of our favourite parts of the trip. The room decor was amazing. Although the location is away from Goreme and Urgup, they can easily be reached by bus.

Area might be a bit quiet for some.

We loved the area and enjoyed the people & restaurants in this neighborhood. The staff were very friendly & so helpful. Such a lovely hotel and so picturesque! The beds are amazing and the showers too! Very comfortable.

We didn't realize the stay was a 25 min drive from Cappadocia where we ended up spending most of our time, but in saying that we had the best experience here in this little neighborhood & luckily we had a rented car to get us around easily !

Very clean, well behaved and friendly staff. Urgup centre is just 10 mins drive from here. Highly recommended.
