Macalister Terraces Hotel

L’emplacement de l’hôtel à côté de tout à pieds cartier très animé . Puis l’équipe est just formidable Andy est le meilleur , Une personne formidable qui nous a conseillés toute au long de notre séjour. Il est très avenant et a le sourire tt le temps . La vérité toute l’équipe est génial bravo à vous . Et bonne n retournera bien sûr avec grand plaisir ♥️

Staff is great, common areas are nice.

Doesn't correlate with the stars it seems to have, attention to detail on rooms should be taken. Toilet paper hang broken, mold on toilet wall, also there was some glass blocks in the wall which didn't allow the room to be in full darkness for sleeping

Love the aesthetic and the vibe

The staff were very friendly and helpful and wanted to share information on places to eat and visit. The room and bathroom were very nice.

They didn't have breakfast included but there are many places close by to eat. The view was the parking lot and might be nice to have a small garden in front of the room instead of cars.

The location is great. It’s very close to the Wisma MCA bus station and has all kinds of food options around it. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Location was centralized. Easily accessible to a lot of the "must eat" food streets in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with recommendations for food and even helped us to book a Nonya restaurant that was recommended by them. Room size is decent

The soundproofing of the room was not very good. So dependent on where your room was, you could hear noises from outside. Our room happened to be beside the staircase to the 2nd floor and we could hear people walking up and down early in the morning.
