Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff with wonderful recommendations for our stay. The room was very comfortable, and it was convenient to be able to use shared plates, glasses, cutlery when we bought food back to the hotel.

The shared plates/glasses/cutlery were not clean, we had to wash them before using them. In addition, the drain in the shower was blocked when we arrived, it was full of hair. However, when we mentioned this to the staff they cleaned this thoroughly.
