No breakfast

Better customer service especially for people who are arriving on Sunday better inform mean people so that they don’t arrive on Sunday while you are closed horrible horrible experience the worst one I’ve ever had with the hotel will never return or recommend to anybody

Could smell marijuana in the bathroom with the fan off and when you passed certain rooms. Room did have roaches but that was expected since it is in a bigger city.

They didn't have breakfast they didn't give me my deposit back I was overcharged I booked the room for 370 online when I got to the property it they tried to give me a lesser room for that amount then I was charged 490 for the room I got

We liked that there was two stove top burners plus a microwave

There was supposed to be laundry facilities but it has been down for over a month now. We have been asking for a cheaper room and keep being told there's none available. Every week when we go to pay for our room for another week there is issues/ questions on our rate.
