breakfast was average and the cleanliness was average

The room that we reserved was not available. We had booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll in shower with safety grab bars. We were given a 1 king bed room with a step in shower and no safety grab bars. the 2nd day after complaining, they moved us to the correct room after we wasted most of the day waiting to move. the room was finally available after 2:30 pm. We were told that an adjustment in our rate would be handled at checkout, but the desk clerk knew nothing about this.
