"Reservierung und trotzdem kein Zimmer"

Wir haben erst an der Rezeption erfahren, dass das Hotel uns das Zimmer nicht anbieten kann und es auch keinen Ersatz für uns gibt! Wir standen ohne Zimmer da und mussten schnell auf eigene Faust ein anderes Hotel suchen. Unglaublich!

Generell gute Lage im Herzen der Altstadt. Die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze sehr angenehm. Der Abstellplatz für Räder ist sehr positiv. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich.
Die Qualität des Reinigungsservices aber auch der Zimmer ist sehr ambivalent: von qualitativ wirklich schlecht bis hin zu einem guten Service und Standard ist alles möglich. Je nachdem in welchem Zimmer man ist. Teilweise gehen die Zimmerfenster auf das Innenhofdach mit riesigen Klimaanlagen, die Tag und Nacht auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern konstant sehr laut sind. Wir haben über 10 Tage lang in unterschiedlichen Zimmern übernachtet, da wir aufgrund persönlicher Umstände unseren Aufenthalt immer weiter verlängert haben. Das Hotelmangement scheint ein Problem zu sein bzw. die anscheinend disfunktionalen und nicht vorhandenen Prozesse. Wir hatten unterschiedliche Beschwerden bzw. hätten uns eine Problemlösung gewünscht. Leider fühlte sich niemand zuständig. Auf unsere mehrmalige Nachfrage war immer nur zu hören, dass die Mitarbeitenden nichts tun könnten, außer es „dem Chef zu melden“, es gab keine Rücksprache und keine Problemlösung für uns (WLAN funktionierte mehrere Wochen nicht, Zimmer wurde nicht oder schlecht gereinigt bzw. Handtücher vergessen, Seife nicht aufgefüllt, fleckiges Bettlaken mit mehreren dunklen Haaren bei Neubezug des Zimmers u.a.).
