Quarto amplo Limpeza muito boa no quarto Elevador amplo Local para colocar bagagem para esperar o checkin
Sem internet- chegamos às 13 e até o outro dia às 11 não tinha arrumado. No meu comércio eu arrumo em 2 horas. Local seguro para e-bikes, porém, sem local para carregar as baterias. Tivemos que levar para o quarto.

Der Service an der Rezeption war toll, sehr freundlich .
Das Zimmer hatte unter dem Bett seit längerer Zeit keinen Staubsauger mehr gesehen und am 2. Tag war die Kafffeetasse nicht gut gereinigt worden.

"Schöne Zimmer im Herzen der Innenstadt"

Perfekte Innenstadt-Lage. Aufgrund der Hitze (34 Grad) lief die Klimaanlage ohne Unterlass. Wir waren sehr dankbar für die Klimaanlage und den kleinen Kühlschrank im Schrank. Aufgrund des sommerlichen Wetters haben wir immer außerhalb des Hotels gefrühstückt und können nichts zum Frühstück sagen.
Die Fenster konnten wir bei Nacht leider nicht zum Lüften öffnen, da direkt neben dem Fenster ein großes, lautes Gebläse war und die Fenster aufgrund der Grasflächen vor dem Fenster (zum Post-Innenhof) leider sehr verdreckt und voller Spinnweben waren. Wir hatten auch eine großeSpinne (Weberknecht), der dort im Vorhang lebt. Wir haben ihn leben lassen 😊 Das freie, angebliche High-Speed WLAN kann ich leider nicht nutzen, da meine Datenschutzeinstellungen Alarm schlagen und die Nutzung unterbinden.

Prozesse an der Rezeption sind langwierig, dort habe ich nun schon mehrfach länger in der Schlange gestanden - trotz online Check.

Reception I think they need to take a course on management of politeness which does not exist and then lying about room type of availability is just not good.,saying not available then on website availability is present,after complaining suddenly available.Website should not book room type if not available.
