The room for very small the AC barely worked staff was very rude we got ever charged the room wasn't ready until late July 23rd we got an upgrade but it was not an upgrade at all in the pictures that booking.com has of the hotel in the remodel rooms is nothing like the actual rooms itself always smells like weed very loud you can hear everything door slamming a lot of traffic in and out I could go on and on but I'm just going to leave it at that if you would like to get a hold of me if you have any more questions you'd like to ask or anything my number is 513-823-1520

This place is a DUMP! If I have ever stayed in a place that seemed like a crackhouse it is here. There is no refund so we suffered through 7 nights. This place smells like smoke, there is kitchen but NO UTENSILS at all! The bed is HORRIBLE! There is a security guard from 7 PM to 3 AM because that's the only way for this place to be somewhat safe. We originally were supposed to be here for 14 nights but that isn't happening. We check out in the morning and we are going somewhere else. If you need an extended stay hotel in the Cincinnati area, look at another part of town. There is NOTHING that would justify staying here!

It doesn't deserve any stars. Its horrible and nasty. The neighbors look shady. they would not fix the toilet it stinks. The crazy part is that they give you a number for the courtesy officer for situations like these but she plain hung up on me three times. I wasn't even rude to her about the situation for her to hang up. They don't replace towels, rags,, toilet paper so you might as well bring you're own. They only clean once a week and they don't do a good job.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!

The hotel is worth 1 or maybe 1.5 stars as it is in a bad condition. The walls are dilapidated and the fixings are too old. The place is not cleaned very often and there is a weird smell to the place. Also, I did not find the type of people staying at the hotel to be great - would totally suggest you avoid it.

I Needed To Leave MY Home After A Fire So The Clean-Up Could Start. THE InTOWN Suites Was Close To Home And Work Made My Stay Easy And Adjustable. Parking was easy access to your room, the front desk clerk was very helpful in finding restaurants to eat at.
