InTown Suites Extended Stay Cincinnati OH - Colerain

I rented a room at the Colerain InTown Suites for my daughter to stay in until her apartment was ready. She went up to her room, found it disgusting - the linens were stained, the kitchen area not usable and the other guests made her feel uncomfortable as she walked down the hall. After less than half an hour, she checked out and requested her money back. She had asked for a refund, but was told that she would have to talk to a mangaer. She left her name and hear nothing back. After countless calls to the hotel and corporate, no one would answer if we could get our money back. We finally asked the bank to step in and see if they could get our money back. Because she had signed for the room, she is out a full week's room charge - no refund, no charge for a single day but the whole week. It was disturbing for us as parents to think that we had found a safe place for our daughter to stay only to have rented her a dump. Needless to say, she didn't stay and we make sure others don't make the same mistake. We will not recommend your hotel to anyone after this negative experience

This place is horrible!! I have never seen a hotel quite this bad...ever!! All hours you hear the bumping of rap music.. Cops are there on a daily basis.. Sometimes for hours at a time checking everyone coming and going... Fire alarms go off every other day.. And guests have to evacuate until the fire depr. arrives.. Definetley some shady characters around this place.. The rooms are dirty and not well kept. The stench of urine in the hallways.. And feces smeared on the wall in the stairwell. When I arrived there was a swat team in riot gear, I assume to raid someone's room.. Not a comfortable place to be, especially if you have children..
