InTown Suites Extended Stay Greenville SC -I-85 Mauldin

I don’t rent at In Town Suites, but my sister has a room at In Town. She had a health problem and we needed to get to her. Nothing life or death reasons, but a need to get to her. The office doesn’t open until 11:00 am and no one would answer the after hours telephone. We were getting desperate and thought about calling the fire department to break through the door. This has been going on now about a hour and a half. In Town Suites need to have a better system for assisting their customers.

The fact that I was able to get my full refund without problems. I did not stay this reservation I canceled the day I checked in

Everything! The area was a good location but the actual property was seedy and nasty

I like the size of the room and the kitchenette and full size fridge. I like the privacy and quietness of the place.

The room was clean, but could have been cleaner. The walls were dirty and the bathroom molding was dirty. The kitchen cabinets in the outside were dirty also .
