The fire alarm kept going off and plus I checked out on the 18th when nobody at the front desk I called the number they had on their post

It was a bed to sleep on with a door that has a dead bolt & a flip lock. The AC blew cold air. It has running water & a full-size fridge.

The entire two weeks, I could it get the smell of intense smoking out of my room, clothes or hair. I don’t smoke. Hotel said it was non smoking but everyone smokes. The room was dirty & grimy. The cleaning crew was supposed to come at least once a week, never came by. I saw a couple of small roaches daily & just liked them. Neighbors were up all night outside in front of my door by the stairs, yelling and/or smoking & drinking. The chairs were broken and seating area was cracked, the AC worked but was badly outdated with missing parts and stained with smoke residue. The entire room was stained with smoke residue. I did my best to clean the walls and all surfaces with Lysol wipes, which all came away brown after a wipe or two. The floor was filthy to the point I could see the caked in dirt. The worst part is the office was only open from 11-4 Mon-Sat. So if you plan on checking in outside those hours, you can not unless the manager gives your key to the after hours guard to check in then you have to go back during those hours to officially check in. So you have to take your lunch hour to check in-I worked 25 minutes away. After a really long drive I was ok with just having a bed available, on Saturday the manager did call hours before I got there (which I was glad) and let me know I could not check in until Monday but she could help by giving me the number to after hours guard but the catch was I had to take what I was given because no one would be there until Monday.

My room had bad case of roaches/flying insects and hot water for shower did not work at 5am. Entry door hard to open. Wifi cost extra, kitchen burner available but no pot/pans, and access to front desk limited on weekends(Closed on Sunday) if you have needs. Other than this...THE ROOM WAS PERFECT!!

The location is convenient

It's nothing like in the photos the carpet has a bad musty odor theirs bugs the room is really small. The room I'm in needs to be completely remodeling.
