Stayed 4 1/2 nights in double room with private bathroom. Staff friendly and checked me in very early in morning after long flight. Room had usual facilities, incl. a wardrobe and a kettle. Comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi, clean, quiet inside hotel. Good curtains on south-facing windows.

Not much in vicinity of the hotel. Hotel is quite a walk from old city tourist sites - 30-40 minutes. 15 minutes walk to Chandpole metro. A closer location could be better. Some noise from street at night, esp. neighbour dogs. After checking in and paying I was told there could be construction noise from next door - fortunately it was OK. Couldn't get TV to work but didn't bother pursuing it with staff.

room is clean up to mark, also staff so polite

bed is totally not comfortable because of the joint bed, tv also not working, ac is not working room too too noisy

The room was clean with enough space for 3 persons. The staff was really nice and helpful. We dealt mostly with Manish and are grateful for all the help (airport shuttle, transpot arangement etc.) he provided. Thank you:-) Andrea&Edita&Sylvia

The staff is amazing! Dispite not everybody can speak English, it was not a problem at all. They supported me very much.

I cant really compain, but one thing can be improved: letting the travelers know you can buy one ticket only to visit many places and saving a lot of money.

Singh was really a nice n very helpful in assisting guests

The room was big enough for 3 person. Very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. It was great stay.
