"Paper thin walls"

The walls are paper thin! First night the man in the room next to me (no connecting door) kept me awake half the night with his snoring. He sounded like he was in the same room as me. Second night, that man was gone but new couple arrived to the room next to me at 10 pm. I heard their conversations as they settled in. Woke up around 3 and listened to the new man snoring. Eggs on breakfast buffet were cold. And soap in my bathroom was empty and not refilled.

"It was OK. We stayed there in the past and found it more pleasant than this time."

Staff wasn't the most friendliest. They seemed to not want bothered. We called to get help after we got off our exit because the road was closed. Our GPS couldn't get updates. When we called for directions, we were put on hold for sometime. We called back after waiting awhile. Staff was rude.
