"We enjoyed the room and amenities. The bed was comfortable but needed an extra blanket."

Location was close to places we were going to.

Shower door lets water outside the glass onto the floor and bath mat. The design looks nice but not practical. This is the second time we have had this happen while staying and end up with a wet floor/ mat. Drafty while eating breakfast since it is open to the front door area.

Location, breakfast was good, staff were nice.

No microwave in room, couldn't figure out the heat, felt sterile, too modern for my taste.

"Don’t arrive early"

We arrived at 1:30 PM. Upon arriving we checked in. The attendant was courteous . After checking in she informed us that check in was 3pm. She advised us the room was ready but there would be a $50 charge for being early. This was totally unacceptable but since we had checked in we stayed the night. I could understand if the room wasn’t ready but since it was now available why the change other than to gouge people. We come here often. We will no longer stay here!!
