We liked the location away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was above and beyond and the bed was so so comfortable!

The breakfast was a little disappointing, but would not keep us from staying again :)

Staff was very nice.

There was hair in shower and on the outside of the shower lots of strand of hair.

The staff was remarkable, especially Angel. She went above and beyond during our stay.

There was an upper class sports team staying there. Definitely more jr/seniors, old enough to know better than to run, screaming through the halls, knocking on doors till 1:30 a.m., their coaches evidently were not supervising them. Then we had a group of them in a room above us and it sounded like a heard of buffalo most of the night and started again at 7 a.m. They did move us to a different location for the next evening.

I loved how clean it was and that there is coffee available! Staff were super friendly. Shower was good temp and good pressure.

The pillows go so flat you need three. The noise from people walking, talking, etc. is a little extensive and I’m not usually one to complain about noise. It’s also a far distance from city center, but if you’re staying to fly in or fly out, it’s a great location! We even loved watching the airplanes.
