Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Tile floors were dirty and sticky in the hallways and also in our room. Our sofa had crumbs on it when we got in the room. Also overheard the desk staff saying to another staff member that they didn't have time for a "deep clean" of some rooms which makes me wonder how clean our room really was.

Location and the two employees. One was Sunday morning at check out and the guy who worked late Saturday at check in, both very polite.

My room was disgusting. The tub was badly stained. I have photos. There was hair everywhere!!! Even on the pillows. Urine around the toilet. My son slept on top of his own towel and wouldn’t even use the pillow. Not a good feeling when you are trying to celebrate his 13th birthday and you end up taking him to a dump! Thank god the car show was worth it. It’s a shame because this was my 4th or 5th time staying here and it’s always been a great experience. Not anymore!
