Please note that the fitness center, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna and retreat spa are closed on the last Wednesday of each month, except for July and December. The use of outdoor facilities may be restricted due to the hotel's internal circumstances, bad weather, or rain. From January 2024, they will be closed on the last Wednesday of every month. During the peak season, from July to August, daily access to the pool is limited to 1 time per person. Please note that you are required to wear a swim cap when using the pool. The swimming pool is available for all ages (Children must be accompanied by adult guardians) Children aged 16 years and below are not permitted to use the Fitness and Sauna facilities. Rates vary during the special period, so please contact the hotel in advance. Regular closure of fitness centers, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, saunas, and spas on the last Wednesday of each month (July and December operating normally. The day off may change without prior notice depending on the hotel situation. Please note that a valid ID corresponding to the name on the booking is required at check-in. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID at check-in. Guests under the age of 19 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "A fantastic hotel on Haeundae Beach"

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are fantastic. Rooms are immaculately clean, as is the entire hotel including all communal areas. The pools are really lovely, however a shame you can’t use the indoor pool without wearing a swimming cap - they are heated and kept so warm, which was great. Breakfast was slightly disappointing, every day we were down an hour before it closed and we still felt like most options were running out. The orange juice was empty for 3 days in a row! Dinner restaurant options are slightly limited, it’s either a very expensive buffet or a Michelin star restaurant, both very nice options but there’s nowhere on site to get simple easy food. The hotel is in an amazing area, right in the heart of Busan, with stunning views over Haeundae Beach.

"Fabulous beach few days."

The hotel itself was beautiful the beach the location is gorgeous. We eat at the Chinese restaurant one evening and had wonderful food.

My full name is Catherine but it is Kate on booking.com and I had booked through booking.com. Therefore. the name of my passport and the name on my booking was different. The young woman who checked me and wanted me to go back to booking.com and have them change my name on the reservation. She stated that this was the law and required by government in South Korea. I had just stayed at the JW Marriott in Seoul. My Bonvoy Marriott name is also Kate and though they commented on the difference. I had no problem and certainly nobody tried to put me through hours of inconvenience. I pushed back and the young woman took care of it, but I really did not appreciate that. She would happily allowed me to spend hours trying to get through to booking.com to change your name and my reservation for what seemed like capriciousness. I firmly believe in following the customs of the country that I’m in. From now on, I think I’ll make sure that not just my airline tickets but also any hotel booking services that I use are in my full legal name.

J’ai aimé l’hôtel, ma chambre et ses équipements ainsi que le professionnalisme des équipes.

La vue n’était pas panoramique (vue sur le port) mais l’hôtel était plein et je n’ai pas pu changer de chambre
