Hotel-Restaurant Ketterer am Kurgarten

Charming hotel just outside the busy tourist streets but close to waterfalls. Light room with big windows overlooking the valley (see photo). Friendly staff.

Ottima la vista su Triberg , Il salotto é in un ambiente tutto finestrato molto rilassante . Non mi è piaciuto il bagno ..

Hotel offers free admission to the Triberg Waterfall and the Black Forest Museum—both are in close walking distance. Just don't show up 20 minutes before check-in, or you'll be lectured.

Wonderful place.

Wondering if they are in the right business of hospitality. Food average but the attitude was incredibly RUDE! They advertise to have the best original black forest cake but we didnt want to stay any minute longer there.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Top Lage. Mein Zimmer lag direkt an der Straße und war entsprechend laut. Die Einrichtung war gut und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war ok. Der Service beim Frühstück sehr kaltherzig. Alles in allem kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

This was our first stop in our Germany/Austria road trip. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and separate seating area. The windows fully opened to a gorgeous view over town. With the windows open you could hear the birds singing and the river flowing close by. Very close to downtown, walkable to many shops and a trail to the waterfall is right outside the door (up the steps across the street). We enjoyed a buffet style breakfast in the morning with many excellent food and drink options. We will stay here again on our next trip.

El hotel es muy lindo y como n buena vista y ubicación. Una pena que mi habitación estába al lado de la calle, sin vista y ruidosa. El personal muy antipático y amargado. No pude dejar mi equipaje hasta las 11 y media para ir habiendo dejado la habitación a las 9 y 30. Dijeron que cerraban a las 10 y media am. Dónde se vio?

I would recommend to all. The staff, location and service were first rate. An exceptional value for all travelers.
