The hotel room doesn't have a water kettle, coffee mugs and slippers.

Room very comfortable and excellent breakfast.

Just a clinch at checkout. I wished to put half on my Visa and half on my Debit card. The Debit transaction would not process for some reason so I had to put total payment on my Visa. Right now I have a $245.03 and a $490.06 charge in my pending. I will keep an eye on my account and hope the$245.03 will be taken off.

Some front desk staff were pretty rude and unprofessional when we approached them with our issue. We had to move rooms at 1 AM with 3 kids, who ended up waking up and stayed awake all night because of the extremely loud noise the AC was making. And instead of apologizing to us for this bad experience which ruined our vacation, the staff were rude and dismissive. Very unprofessional

The breakfast was more than I expected, with plenty of items to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the way the bacon was cooked. The room was crowded, but perhaps because it was March Break for the children.

The room seemed sterile, lifeless. Yes, it was exactly as illustrated, but not at all "cozy." It looked rather "institutional" and not with a "homey" atmosphere. The view was of an industrial park, and that didn't add to the enjoyment.

The staffs are nice and accomodating.

The sound proofing for the rooms maybe almost upto standards but barely efficient..

I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. First, we noticed a safety concern at the swimming pool. There were no staff or lifeguards present, and many children were repeatedly diving into the pool despite the “No Diving” sign. This raised concerns about safety. In addition, on the last day of our stay, our key cards stopped working for both the swimming pool and our room, even though we still had a few hours before checkout. This caused some inconvenience. I hope these issues can be reviewed and improved for future guests. Thank you for your attention.
