The location was perfect for the festival I was going to. The hostess graciously gave us a 2nd set of keys despite it not being the policy of the hotel.

This apartment was really great, clean and the location was excellent, for us. There was very good connection with the city center and also with the other part of the town, where the Belém towe is. Train station to Cabo da roca is 5 min away. If I decide to come again to Lisbon, I would choose to come to this apartment again.

Location, quiet street at night, spacious bedroom, kitchen very well equipped

Too hot in the bedroom, even with the fan on.

The location was close to the all transport

It was very noisy  in the night because of the cars crossing

The place is clean. It has a shared kitchen with fridge and everything else. Security is good.

Some rooms, although they have a window, the window itself is pointing to a 1x1 metre hole that goes from the first to the last floor. Result is, you get light, but just enough to navigate in the room. The hot water management is atrocious. Some days there is hot water, some days - not. Seems that the two bathrooms have separate boilers but still not sure. My understanding is that there should be hot water all the time and not a finite limit to it, as the owner mentioned. Some nights and even mornings there was just cold water. Upon asking the owner to help with that they did respond but I'm not sure whether they did some work or in the next days simply there were no people showering. The result was that I needed to change bathrooms. Not the end of the world if I need to do that but during the day I would pray to God to have hot water so have that in mind. The location is a bit off of the centre. For everyday visit to the centre there are busses, but the tickets stack up with the days. For some reason the payment didn't go so we needed to pay cash or bank transfer, which was a bit of a hassle. Late check in is charged extra. Not the end of the world but was a shocker. The owner did mention it in the details so that's more on my side. The whole apartment is noisy. You can hear how people shut doors, how the water container of the toilet is filling, everything. Some people leave the corridor lights on, which goes in your room from s "window" above your door. Some nights challenged my ability to fall asleep.

It was close to shopping and groceries. Beautiful, historic building and surroundings. Quiet, comfortable, safe.

I didn't bring European adaptors (my fault), and you need them.

There was a kitchen but not a prepared breakfast. The Congress center is in walking distance The owner was of very helpful
