The staff where so kind and made me and my child feel welcomed the room was super clean very comfortable

The off property parking they did offer valet parking on property for a higher price, though the parking ramp was right next door so still wasn’t horrible

Location was good to attend concert

Room 512 had a gap in door so large that you saw the bright light through. Could hear ice machine loud in night, people above were loud just walking around at 1am. Bathroom vent is coated in dust and shower head crusted in build up. Breakfast was probably worst holiday inn breakfast. Pancake machine was not working, cinnamon rolls were out for the 20 minutes we were down there. Potatoes were just not good and sausage patties were horrible.

The maid didnt bring us fresh toels and washcloths. Other than that it was a great experience. It just could have been a fluke. Great front desk ladies who gave us great suggestions.

Everything was amazing!! We don't get away easily or frequently. When we do, we want a stay that is a home away from home, even for 1 night.
