Tru By Hilton Knoxville West Turkey Creek

Is a bathroom was disgusting. There was unidentified debris on the wall and on the floor of the shower.It was so bad we didn't shower.

Room was clean. Night shade worked great.

Poor lighting, unable to read comfortably. Door was hard to open and close. Tried to tell rep at desk but she assumed it was the card reader. The door itself was the issue, very hard to close as it appeared to be larger than the doorframe. Did not appreciate squeeze bottles for soaps, etc. Did not appreciate the fragrances either.

I love these hotels and have stayed in them at various cities when traveling with my dog. Highly recommend Tru for pet parents

The blankets and cover sheets on the king bed need to be larger. They barely fit the bed

Absolutely positively perfect. A+ all the way, in every aspect. Stayed two nights at this first class hotel and was beyond pleased. The hotel is clean, quiet, very convenient to anything you may need. There is a shopping area called Turkey Creek just across the road, which has Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, Hobby Lobby, etc. The staff is phenomenal. Friendly, smiles, helpful, accommodating. The area is absolutely safe and clean. The rooms are clean, cozy, comfortable. If you like cold rooms, the air gets really cold. If you like it warm, the heat is great. I 100 percent and highly recommend you choose this hotel if you need a stay in Knoxville, TN. for any reason. I am certain you will be as happy as I was. The parking is very close, on property and there are plenty of spots for you. No long walks across streets or in garages. You would definitely allow your wife or children to freely go to the car and have no worries. Thank you very much to the great staff who make my two nights wonderful. GREAT JOB!!!!
