The hotel it self was nice, clean, and we got upgraded to a suit by Rosana who was lovely and very helpful and kind to us on our stay. She helped to make the end of our stay enjoyable. All the staff in the suit and spa hotel area were very nice, Adrain who worked as a waiter in the pool area on the spa and suit side was lovely and very polite.

I tried to organise a surprise for my partner for his birthday, I spoke to different staff members prior to our arrival and this never got organised which was a shame. We also had a bottle of wine which we had at dinner at the hotel which we took with us as we had not finished it yet, we asked staff if we could take this to the roof top bar and they said yes. When we arrived at the rooftop bar a member of staff named Salome was incredible rude and told us to get out! We purchased this bottle of wine in the tower building, the same building the rooftop bar is in. We then left and went to the bar on the ground floor of the same building and asked the bar man if we are allowed to take drinks up there, he then rang someone to check and told us we could. This ruined are evening and was a real shame. There was a very noticeable difference in the staff from the suite and spa hotel to the tower hotel, quite a few negative interactions with the tower hotel staff being very rude, this definitely had an effect on our holiday, the hotel itself was nice just let down by the people in it.

What impressed us most was the combination of genuine hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail. The Guest Experience and Front Office teams were exceptional—always friendly, proactive, and focused on finding solutions to ensure our stay was as enjoyable and seamless as possible. In addition, the facilities were outstanding: a beautiful swimming pool, relaxing spa, modern gym, spacious rooms, and an extensive breakfast selection. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully presented. A special mention goes to the Guest Experience and Front Office teams. Their personalized service, unexpected room upgrade, memorable dining experience, and flexibility with our late check-out made our stay truly special. They consistently went above and beyond, making us feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout our visit.

Nothing significant. Any observations we shared with the hotel were minor details and suggestions for further enhancement rather than genuine complaints. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very well looked after from arrival to departure.

Super! Heerlijk buffet met veel opties en alles netjes voorgesteld en kwalitatieve producten.

De locatie was een tegenvaller. Het hotel is middenin een uitgaansbuurt. Je merkt er in het complex niets van, maar een leuke avondwandeling langs het strand zat er niet in.

Das Sushi am Abendbuffet hat uns überhaupt nicht überzeugt.

Die Lage ist wenn man Nächtelang Lärm und gegrölle inkl. Bass will dann Ja. Das gesamte Essen HP ist nicht einmal 3 Sterne außer man liebt lieblos zubereitete und großteils lauwarme Speisen.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento se nota el cuidado y la dedicación que ponen en cada detalle. Todo está impecablemente limpio, las instalaciones son preciosas y la decoración tiene muchísimo gusto, creando un ambiente elegante, acogedor y muy especial. Además, tanto el interior como las zonas exteriores están perfectamente cuidadas, algo que hace que la experiencia sea todavía más agradable. Pero si hay algo que realmente marca la diferencia y hace que este hotel sea inolvidable, es su personal. Gracias a ellos nuestra experiencia ha sido aún más especial. Queremos destacar especialmente a MAXI, CAROL, ANTONIA, INMA y VANESSA, que nos han tratado con muchísimo cariño y cercanía desde el primer día. Siempre atentos a nosotros, pendientes de que no nos faltase nada, dándonos recomendaciones y ayudándonos en todo con una sonrisa. Da gusto encontrarse con personas tan profesionales y humanas a la vez, que consiguen que te sientas como en casa. Sin duda, volveríamos una y mil veces más.
