Alles top, Personal sehr freundlich und Zimmer sauber und schön hergerichtet. Preislich natürlich etwas teurer als die anderen umliegenden Hotels. Den Preisunterschied merkt man allerdings auch in Ausstattung und Service. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war super!

Wir waren im Tower untergebracht und uns wurde gesagt beim Check in, dass wir alles trotzdem im Hotelkomplex nutzen können, auch das Frühstück im Suites & Spa. Das Frühstück konnten wir dann aber leider doch nicht nutzen.

Best 5 star I have stayed in abroad .Very good food and very comfortable beds etc .

Need more rails to access pool and jazcuzzi.The hotel tries very hard but general area is full of big groups partying all day and night .if you want a quiet holiday this not the place to go.

We are a British family of 3 who have just finished a 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, spotless and the staff are amazing. We stayed in a junior suite, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Food at breakfast was really good, in my opinion quality over quantity is better and you can tell the hotel use quality ingredients. The location of the hotel is on the bus route from the airport or is 10 minutes in a taxi. 30 mins on the bus from Palma city centre. With us having a baby this is one of the reasons why we chose this hotel for our short stay. We are not familiar with areas in Palma so we’re non the wiser to the fact that the area where the hotel is a German party hotspot. I.E the area is the German version of Magaluf…not ideal. If you are staying in the park tower facing the street be prepared to bring earplugs or you will be woken up by partygoers stumbling up the strip and out of Bombolaos until 5 am. We did not raise this as an issue with the hotel at we were only there for 3 nights. I am sure that if you are in another area of the hotel or have a pool view room this will not be an issue. Once you are inside the hotel you very quickly forget about the outside location as it really is so lovely! I would definitely return to hotel!

Great rooms! And a perfect little gym with outdoor frames Rooms lovely and clean but a little small if with a little one but maybe there are bigger rooms
