"A stay that was pleasantly surprising!"

I don't normally stay at a Holiday Inn, but this property certainly exceeded my expectations in many ways! First of all, I didn't expect such a nice hotel to be in a small town such as Moundsville. However, it was very clean and inviting from start to finish. The staff was friendly and made you feel right at home. The breakfast bar was incredible, full of really tasty offerings you don't find at most franchise hotels. The rooms were spotless and comfortable.

I have only one complaint: some of the washcloths and towels were soiled. I could tell they certainly had been washed and "clean" but contained several stains that didn't wash out. It was a little concerning, but certainly not a deal-buster. My suggestion is to check towels and wash rags when you check in should it be a concern. Everything else was perfect!

Was there for wrestling and great location. The staff was amazing for that weekend. And the post weight in snack table was awesome! Kudos to whoever suggested that.!
