The owner of this hotel was the best! He was so nice! Everything was really clean and the bed was good. I would recommend this accomodation. Also a really nice location in Chiang Mai.

The man is really good , give me free water and help me a lot also give new towel everyday , he is very kindly and the hotel very cheap

Stair is not convenient for carry luggage, other is perfectly

I stayed 3 nights here. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and private bathroom. Good size wardrobe to store your things. Table and chairs and also fridge and a kettle for tea. Also big bottle of water per each day of stay. You get 24h access with code on the door. Owner is really nice and welcoming. Location is also good, you can't hear traffic and everything is walking distance. There is also a balcony, which I didn't use.

During my 3 day of stay I didn't get my room cleaned even once. Only when I extended my stay for another 2 days they did, even though I requested room cleaning after 2 days.

Had a great stay at a convenient location. Very friendly host. The balcony was a nice surprise. Superhandy 24/7 laundry nearby and lots of great places to eat.

The rooms were nice and clean. The aircon works well. We got the only two rooms on the top floor next to each other so it was a bit like getting a family room. Very close to Sunday walking street (5 min on foot). I was able to park my car right in front of the entrance. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It's quiet around in the evenings but within short walking distance from anything you need (7/11, bars, restaurants) I would come back again.

The bottom floor was a bit cluttered but I understand that the space in the city centre is limited and you have to keep things somewhere. Not a big disadvantage at all.

The location is very convenient in Chiang Mai. The hotel owner is very kind and friendly.

We had a really great stay here. The room was really lovely, the location was very convenient, and the host was the best host we have ever had. He helped us with some problems we encountered and did everything for our stay to be amazing.

- perfect location, 2 minute walk down the street to the largest temples and Sunday night market. - clean, spacious room and bathroom. - facilities in the room are great. Fridge, kettle, microwave etc. - owner so helpful. provides 3 litres of water per day free of charge. Cleans room as often as you wish. laid out bowls and spoons for us to sort breakfast when we had an early tour. - best wifi we have had during our 3 months in Asia.
