Microwave, Fridge, Water cooker, free bikes, central. Owner is very kind but doesn't speak English. Free water daily!

Dust on the wardrobe where we wanted to store the backpacks. Tiny ants but they didn't get into our things or in bed. Smelled like strong cleaners and sometimes like cooking oil, maybe owner was cooking downstairs. No windows for fresh air.

The room was very small and didn’t accommodate our need for work space but very good space for a single person.

This accommodation has everything you need, free water, coffee, lovely clean fresh scent everywhere, the owner is very lovely and helpful. There’s even free bicycles with child carriers

The quality-price rate is good. The room was clean, the host welcomes you with instructions that, despite the language barrier, are very clear. You also find water, kettle, instant coffee, shampoo, enough towels in the room, the host cleans your room when necessary, and if there is any problem he responds quickly. He is a very kind man

On the first floor you find a social area, which for those who like to meet people and share could be used better but it is a little off. However, this does not affect your stay in the place at all.

Perfect place for a short stay in Chaing Mai. It's located in a quiet area, but it's not far from the places I wanted to go. The owner provided a bike completely free of charge, so I didn't have to rent a motor bike. The room was very clean. It had an AC unit, a desk, a mini fridge, a hot water maker for coffee (which is also provided), and a private bathroom with a shower. There's a microwave downstairs if you want to heat up leftovers. The owner was very kind and helpful. He helped me find a much cheaper taxi to my bus stop, and even bought me a large iced coffee one day when I was working in the common area downstairs. I would absolutely stay here again.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's very convenient and can just take a walk to go to some of the places around the city. The owner is very kind and helpful too. 🙂
