It was located nearby Chiang Mai Old City and very walkable to the main streets and restaurants, and a short walk to the Sunday Walking Street. Very safe and secure place and neighbourhood. Everything was clean and tidy, great working AC and the balcony was definitely a plus! Mr. Toy's hospitality was off the charts, thank you! :)

Free coffee and water. Also bikes available for free - which we used. Lovely man who runs the place. For the price this is a good option.

No window in the bedroom. Shower not particularly hot but that's the same in pretty much every place we have stayed. Paper thin walls ditto the above.

It’s a really sweet place, literally feels like home. Super safe- entry by door code. The bed was comfortable, clean and spacious. Wi-Fi was working without problems also upstairs. The owner is really sweet.
