Everything was amazing! Our hosts were so kind and accommodating- we felt very at home.

Low price, very good location, size of the room (i mean the room specified in the description on booking.com, not the other one - see section below for details)

1. the owner misleads guests. he has 5 rooms, and at least 2 do not match the description from the offer on booking.com, nor the pictures on the site do not depict them. on booking. com all the rooms are described as "mountain view", 28 square metres. The reality is different. I paid for a mountain view room for 7 nights, however, I had to spend first 2 nights in a small room with literally no window. There was also no access to fresh air - the ventilator inside the room was pumping air from the staircase located inside the building. there is also other windowless room, with a "window" located on the staircase, right above the reception area. 2. the owner refuses to take any responsibility for misleading guests. i never got an apology for downgrading me. well, there was a classic nonapology: "sorry if you dont like it". he also refused a refund. when i filed a complaint to booking.com, he wrote me asking to...move out and cancel my reservation, because...he does not feel comfortable. fortunatley, my first two nights were refunded by booking.com. 3. the actual room, where i moved in after 2 days, was spacious and had balcony. however, it was horribly dirty (note the pictures attached). the waste bin looked like it was puked at. the toilet seat was broken, and covered with brownish matter (we probably all know what it was). the balcony floor was covered with a layer of dirt a few milimetres thick - must have not been cleaned for months. there was no room cleaning for 5 remaining days of my stay. to summarize - don't stay there. yes, the owner seems nice, as other reviews claim. yes, the hotel is cheap. but there are other cheap places, which are clean, and do not mislead guests, randomly downgrading them.

Simple hotel on a quiet street, very nice owner. Entering the premises and room is done using a code, so you can't lose the key. Plenty of water was given to us free of charge. I especially like that proper bed covers are used.

The location was great, in the quiet street but close to the center. The host was helpful.

The place was rather run down. It was slightly dirty. Could use some refurbishing.
