L'emplacement est très bien, quartier calme. Se ballader dans les ruelles autour, brunch possible autour. L'hote nous fournit des grandes bouteilles d'eau, plusieurs serviettes de toilettes, des prêts de vélo gratuit. Hote très arrangeant. A 15 mn environ de l'aeroport. Rapport qualité prix très bien.

Le bruit des voisins, les murs ne sont pas très épais mais en leur disant une fois ils ont fait attention. Sol de la douche glissante.
