"Well located but disappointing"

Bed was really comfortable. Only a short walk into town which was convenient. Loved the combustion heater.

Cups were dirty on arrival. Had to clean out the combustion heater before re stacking it to light a fire. Compendium said fire lighters but there were none. Couldn’t get live TV. Only one coffee pod for two people (Seriously)! Manager was notified of dirty cups but my impression was I got a generic response so I didn’t bother advising him of the rest.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the central location and cozy wood-burning stove…

A few things could be improved: the light-colored furniture had stains, the kitchen exhaust hood was dirty with some oil dripping, and a few drawers were unclean.

Spacious well appointed room. Plenty of snacks and drinks available to purchase. We slept extremely well in a comfortable bed in a quiet location.

"Comfortable studio apartment in Richmond"

Large, comfy, clean, and well equipped studio apartment with a nice sitting out area.

The wifi signal is too weak and unstable. A bit difficult to find this studio apartment as it is located behind a house sharing the same address.
