The shower was small but the apartment was ok for the price. I would stay there again

Location is essential and this location was perfect, central to sights and needs. The door keys were easily accessible and the Nespresso coffee maker was fabulous. Restaurants in Reykjavik are very expensive so having a kitchen was important. Finding a parking space was not a problem and the beds were very comfortable. The building was quiet at night and the shower was great. Only drawback was the lack of a proper couch. I definitely recommend this apartment at this price point.

Ideal apartment and location to explore Reykjavik.

The actual rooms were nice, but there was absolutely no service -- you can stay at an Air BnB for cheaper. No hairdryer, the owner had no clue we were checking in, no wifi information, no one checked on us to see if we needed anything, and no front desk. Which is fine, but then market yourself as an Air BnB, not a hotel.

Had a few problems getting hold of the information to check in but once we telephoned it was sorted in minutes. The apartment was comfortable, clean and SO WARM! Brilliant central location. Self check in with key box so very convenient.

Perfect location in a lovely little apartment conveniently located between the main two streets. Easy access to the main streets for hopping on tour buses. The room was tastefully redecorated and immaculately clean.

We booked this apartment downtown, however, upon arrival were sent to another house on the outskirts of the city instead due to 'over booking'.

The apartment was lovely, in a great location, the landlady responded quickly to our text when we arrived -a friendly lady, her son came around and completed the TV/Internet installation as soon as we arrived, so great service. However, the bathroom needs upgrading, smell from shower and shower area needs cleaning. If the bathroom was upgraded, we would happily stay in the future.
