Lovely setting friendly welcoming staff good freshly cooked breakfast

Our room was situated outside the pub on a ground floor level next to outside tables and chairs where visitors to the pub were drinking and chatting right outside our bedroom door. We could hear their conversations and whilst it is early on in the season I can’t imagine what that would be like in the summer when this area would be even busier. There were 3 windows in our room so we had to have all the blinds down for some privacy.

Small room but had everything you need. Bed was really comfortable! Best sleep I have had in ages. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.

We know the area well we normally do self catering but we thought we would try b&b & we picked a good one very pleasant place as the staff was also lovely being by the river the bed was very comfortable enjoyed some lovely walks in & around the village Thankyou very much see you again in the near future.

Lovely comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Pretty village great for walking or accessing Norwich or North Norfolk. The food was very good.

The car park can get very busy. We had no issues but it’s worth checking a space can be reserved in peak season.
