Asked to pay as soon as we arrived after a long journey. We were told they didn't serve food after 5 when the website and chalk board outside said otherwise.

so clean so quite relaxing very friendly.

I cant say there was a issue we all over a bathroom in are room but its really not a issue when you wake up to a beautiful breakfast x

The breakfast was superb, especially good value for the money. I had eggs benedict which was even served with fresh dill! The flat white was very good too. In the room there was a large basket of sachets to make hot drinks which was replenished daily as was the bottle of water. (Glass bottle would have been my preferred option for recycling purposes) The room was warm and comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean and functional if a little small.

We were disappointed that after our second night, when we had to leave early in the morning in order to be able to catch extra transport due to trains being cancelled for part of our journey, we were not offered any sort of packed breakfast. Especially since our breakfast the first day had been so delightful.
