Amazing sea views! The apartment is in the 3rd floor (with lift) and you can look over the Irish Sea. It is quite far from the town centre but the tram is just in front of the building. I like the restaurants around the corner and it is very good when you arrive late. They have smart locks and they have even a 24 hotline if you have a problem at night.

I only booked this property due to it having 3 bedrooms and a spa bath. The spa bath was beyond dirty. Put the jets on and all crap came out so it was not fit for purpose. Scaffolding all around the building obstructing the view . Windows were filthy and looked like they had not been cleaned outside for years. The owners spoke about a refund but we have received nothing . Patio area had a broken door on instead of bbq.

Comfortable and spacious bedrooms and living space Well-equipped with good quality furnishings etc. Comfortable beds. Excellent position by tram stop and sea front yet still quiet.

Keys weren't ready and the spare set had no outer door key meaning they weren't usable. There were coffee stains and dirty marks on door frames. No one was available when we checked out and the phone number was for someone who didn't work there. There is very little parking and space is not allocated. There were no clear instructions about what to do on arrival or how to park close enough to unload luggage. The heating went off at around 10:30 at night and there wasn't any way of changing it.

Nothing as we have been before and there is everything in apartment for a comfortable stay TVs in all bedrooms, huge 65-70” telly in living room, dvd player, Netflix , Amazon prime tv and more The bedrooms are all equipped with a dressing table, large mirror, hairdryer for your wife or girlfriend There is also a jacuzzi bath which was excellent and full size shower Now we was on third floor queens suite and there is a lift also We have a disable son do the apartment was all on one level no steps so perfect for my disabled brother You also have everything at your doorstep Italian, Indian , traditional fish & chips restaurant which has the most fresh fish I have tasted as fleetwood fish market is just next door if you go by the fleetwood ferry tram Trams or buses are just outside property to take you anywhere Beds were super comfy also We drove down and there is private parking free also which is a big bonus Staff was brilliant and couldn’t of done enough to make your stay excellent Definitely recommended Thanks again Mike

Found keysafe awkward to open but had assistance and found owners very helpful.

the loctaion was perfect for us, close to all shops and bars, public transport is right outside, the staff were very welcoming and helpful

may be a better entrance than the very steep stairs we had to use

We really enjoyed the location. The apartment felt like from home 🏡 it was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The sea view was great as we could see displays of different themes light up at night.

There is honestly nothing that we did not like.

Plenty of space, good views and clean.

Not a very good lock on the apartment door.
