Self catering the kitchen was well equipped and clean. Shops and supermarkets close by

The lift was out of order when I arrived and stayed that way for four days or until I left the property I had to climb three flights of steps to the apartment not good for me as I have arthritis, and a disability walking affecting my balance and knees, it spoilt my holiday as I wasn’t able to get about because of the pain I never saw a receptionist I rang the number I had been given the lady apologised and asked me to ring if I needed any help lifting things I chose this holiday because it said it had a lift to all floors was not offered a accessible room so spent most of my holiday in the room I paid a lot of money for the few days I was here. Really disappointed and upset

Excellent location Very helpful staff with the initial problems we experienced which were soon resolved

Amazing sea view and sunset over the beach. Although I’m on the 3rd floor, there’s a lift to use which is handy.

No parking

Great location, clean spacious, was told about work going on with scaffolding and blocked views however it was not disruptive or inconvenient. Also the management when above and beyond to make the stay for my wife’s birthday special by assisting me in getting packages and gifts delivered to the apartment. Thank you management .

The rooms were nice

Photo deceiving as arcades below. Was not made aware there were stone steep steps to go up and down. Was not told that the building was covered in scaffolding, so could not see signature of the building, so took ages to find. Windows were filthy and very drafty so did not have sea view as mentioned on info when booked. Parking was horrendous. Only 3 spaces, when arrived was 1 left but full of rubbish ftom builders. Every time I went out in the car there were no spaces for me when I came back and staff struggled to get hold of the owners of the vehicles that should not have been parked so had to park 2 streets away until the space was vacated. My car has been covered in dust from the buying work. We have had the car jet washed but not all of the dirt from them will come off. Although the saff were helpful i had a disappointing stay and will not be choosing this accommodation again

Location excellent near 2 all amenities, quiet, goodnights sleep, good value 4 money, everything u needed 4 a few nights stay in the apartment

It was a useful location and it had great amenities. The views were magnificent and I enjoyed walking around the promenade.
