Roebuck Bay Backpackers

I ended up in a room for 6, but only 2. Finally a kitchen = a place you can go in the middle of the night. Secured premises protected by fences.

The room being absolutely not cleaned. (walls and floor) and A.C. makes drops of water in a bucket every 3 seconds... That $100 deposit is a huge deterrent. It is suspicious to do it and I believe that many people are scared of it.. In my case, I postponed 3 times to get there just because that deposit.

Leaving

Pretty feral, pack of wild dogs is tidier than this place. Bunk was very uncomfortable, bedding provided has seen better days, no blanket is provided, more efficient to air dry than use the towel.

Property was so dirty

What is in the photo doesn’t match what I see. Backpackers room was so dirty. Staff didn’t clean area before the next person come in. Previous guest rubbish still on the side table. A lot of dust in the room.

Abusive guests
