la struttura era sporca, i letti non erano stati cambiati e l’appartamento aveva sporcizia ovunque, l’host ci ha dato un’altro appartamento ma anche quello era ridotto allo stesso modo, anche dopo esser venuti a pulire l’appartamento la situazione non è migliorata. La posizione dell’appartamento è in una zona poco sicura

Si ubicaion es muy buena , tienes paradas de bus para moverte a todos los rincones de alicante

Lo malo fue la cantidad de cucarachas que había, el pisito estaba muy bien , pero como digo estaba llenito de cucarachas, nos dijeron q habían fumigado pero seguia habiendo.x lo demás todo bien

Il y avait une odeur très pénible mais sans doute que le propriétaire a dû faire le Nécessaire car très réactif. J’espère en tout cas

La comodidad, el barrio no era ruidoso y el camión de la basura pasaba alta hora (02:00h) y casi no lo notábamos. No transitaba mucha gente escandalosa. El aire acondicionado 10 de 10! Agua caliente y fría para bañarse. Era muy cómodo

Habían cucarachas, eso es lo único. Tirar la basura más a menudo y listo, problema resuelto.

La limpieza muy mal debajo de la cama calcetines usados en los cajones del armario de matrimonio otros calcetines sucios fuimos 5 personas y solo avia dos toallas de mano y sucias las camas a mitad de acer sábanas mal puestas nisiquiera contraídas ni repetidas por ningún lado en las fotos sale de echo le mandé un video al que nos atendió vinimos de Madrid a Alicante de funeral y una hora para encontrar aparcamiento en la zona la verdad que muy decepcionada no volvería a ir lo siento.

Strange and frightening events happened , after 3 days of so called normal behavious it looked like a mafia-run flat/house. Someone tried to intimidate the guest (us) by watching/guarding them in front of the main entrance for hours, stating that he is the friend of the owner and wants to warn us to the inspection next day--which could be explanied in 5 minutes... The owner sent a message 1 day ahead, and announced a police check for the flat during daytime (!!!!) --presumably I am traveling for a holiday to spend a day in apartement for some local police to let in :) --when-according to house owner's story-- the police will enter the apartement for 15 minutes(???) for a 'check' of the apartement status. And of course the scarry fight & continuous shouting for hours during the evening in the flat/corridor below was the last straw. Had to run away (=escape) with luggages in the night for a different accomodation. Financial loss and security issue both, glad that we managed to move out quickly. So in the end we left the apartement 3rd day evening in a hurry, litterally saving our butts because of those strange and frightening happenings there . Due to the suspicious events (shouting and fight in the stairs, on the lower floors also!!! --the house owner said it was a loud 'party' only)and 'circumstances' we were terrified, because of the lender's poor and untrue, false information which was provided lately and unresponsively. I will give absolutely a big NO recommendation to warn every traveler to avoid this place because of security reasons--not to mention the low hygiene (the place was dirty as hell) but this is another story, which happens(=the pictures are lying) sometimes who travels regularly.
