Gran Notch

Very dirty place. Fake pictures of the kitchen posted. We asked to change an apartment but the second one was even worse, so we stayed. No oven and cooking stove as stated. Dirty towels and synthetic linen. Very filthy bathroom, that wasn’t cleaned after previous guests, however it’s nice and new. Bed is not comfortable. There is a TV but you can watch only You Tube, because there is no antenna. Air conditioning worked well. Dust everywhere. Floor was dirty as well, so we had to mop it. Guys who met us were nice and friendly.

Well equipped, large spaces, very good price. The owner and his colleagues were very helpful. Highly recommended

convenient to local amenities. secure property all facilities required were present A/C in all rooms plenty of storage

shower was awkward to use steps up (but how else are you going to get upstairs) kettle seemed small for a 3-bed apartment

location, it was very spacious, nice and cozy

Cash deposit system is very old school. they only accept euro which very very inconvenient. also they dont speak english

not a great location. too far away from central Alicante. ok to wander down but a hell of walk back up

Great value - a little bit out of the centre but we didn’t mind that - nicely decorated and very clean - Netflix available - lovely little courtyard. Best part was Carlos - very attentive and helpful manager of the property. Worst part was electrical glitches - one or two short term power outages but Carlos sorted it out quickly.
