Kath is super welcoming and available to help with any queries, the guest book in the room with recommendations is a great touch, Room is clean and comfortable and environment is quiet (no noise from other guests or street etc) Location is a very close walk from south pier Car park is small but Kath and Rick accommode as much as possible and honesty box at bar is perfect for my partner who always ends up needing a can of pop at random times through the day or night!! Fantastic Stay! Would highly recommend

Friendly, great historical house for the area. A lovely building and well presented.

Nothing really - just a tad warm for our tastes but we were able to turn off the radiator.
