Beautiful guesthouse in a quiet street near to major attractions. The rooms are beautiful, from the breakfast room, to the bedroom. Bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage space and a large en-suite. Heat was welcome on a very cold October day! Cleanliness throughout was superb. Breakfast was good. Kath & Rick were so welcoming to our party of four adults and two children who arrived late at night. Their hospitality and warmth was outstanding. We will definitely be back for another visit.

We had a very comfortable stay, the room was spotlessly cleaned, lovely and warm with a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay at the Old Coach House again. Very good value for money.

The room was spotless and spacious with a lovely ensuite. The ensuite had both shower and bath which was perfect as hubbie prefers showers. The bed was comfortable and room warm. We had received text messages before arriving so when we arrived they let us know our room was ready and its great to be able to contact easily. The hotel was very well laid out and we loved that alot of the older features were still. Would definatley recommend and visit again.

The rain on the day we arrived but you can't blame that on the hosts. They made sure the room was warm.

Great building with lots of character. Amazing four poster bed, stained glass windows and nice communal lounge with bar and pool table. Wonderful welcoming hosts, good breakfast, everything you need in the room and close to Pleasure Beach and other attractions in that area. Would rebook in future.

Room was a bit small for 4 of us, but that was our choice 😁

Kath makes you feel very welcome, she upgraded our room for free which was very nice of her. The room we had was very nice, the bed was very comfortable,so we slept very well. Well recommended.
