1. Coming from someone who works in EMS, i strongly suggest you make address numbers more visible. We came in around 2am and it was dark, there was no lighting and we couldn’t find the numbers on the buildings. That made ne realize in the event of an emergency, it could mean the difference between life and death. 2. Every footstep, toilet flushing, loud conversations were heard from the upstairs unit. I called your service line to see if yall could reach iut to them and get them to calm down up there because the children were rowdy and it sounded like a pack of elephants having a marathon up there. But i got to response from your sms communication. 3. The twin beds were hard as a rock, im sure yall assume they would be occupied most the time by children who wouldn’t know the difference but that was not the case with us, it was 2 adults who now need a chiropractor appointment for an adjustment. 4. The shower sliding glass door was stuck on the far side making it impossible to get in and out safely. Instead we all had to squeeze in the narrow area on the side of the toilet. From someone who just had a knee procedure done, it was very uncomfortable and borderline dangerous as i am a fall risk. 5. There was sand everywhere, even in the dryer. Walking around barefoot caused us the sleep in a bed full of sand and in our clothes from the dryer. 6. The coffee maker was dirty, i had to clean it the first morning there.

It was spectacular clean and in a great location

The location and price. It was perfect for our family.

There were 14 people staying above us. They ran around and stomped all day and night long the last couple nights of our stay. It was hard to sleep.

Great location, clean. Poll was a great alternative to beach.
