Excellent location, clean, roomy, affordable. It's a little out dated and is well worn, definitely showing it's age. But a lot of issues were mostly cosmetic and didn't affect the comfort of the stay.

Sofa bed needs replacement or good steam cleaning. Maybe a rug inside the door and a cordless vacuum to help with sand removal. Screen door hinges were very loud and could be heard from the bedrooms.

The A/C stopped working on our third night and no one came to fix it.

I loved how it was right off the beach and not too far from town.

Nothing really. Minus getting locked out of the condo for about 30ish minutes. Key pad malfunction.

We arrived late and the numbers on the unit was very hard to see. Had a slight problem with ants on the counters in the kitchen. The cabinets were cracked

The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The location is great. You have the beach across the street from the parking lot and the bay behind you. You can see the bay from the bedroom windows. I was able to get help from the property management every time I had a question.

It’s an older property. Things are a little worn. The floors were not cleaned well. The furniture was a little stained. No Wi-Fi. You are right by a public parking lot. It wasn’t a problem for us but it could be for some people.
