Luxury Rooms Near the Beach

Had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect, and I’ll definitely return next time I’m in the area

Room is clean, big and comfortable.

WiFi was weak and signal lost from time to time. Until the end of 2024 there is a great reconstruction around, so there is no access to beach and it's not clear how to get there by car, but after explanation it's easy enough.

We arrived a little late unfortunately, like 10pm at night. I had an address but I didn't have room number, or instructions as to what to do once I arrived. But I called and thankfully got to someone quickly. Then a lovely lady took us by the wide flight of stairs to our room on 2nd floor, gave us quick instructions and then the room was ours. I think the cleaning lady loved the bleach, but I was able to open the windows and that fresh air circulated in the room, and I soon fell asleep like a baby. There was no included breakfast which we knew from the get-go. But there was a refrigerator. Also had electric water kettle, and utensils and plates Leaving two disposable slippers for us was the best!! We liked that it had NO carpets. Very spacious, wonderful bed and firm, large pillows. Bathroom was large, and we loved the vertical heating rack The temp was 70s, the sheets were warm, and there was additional blanket. I think there was AC/heat, not sure, but the temp was perfect. Very quiet neighbourhood, beautiful with parking for my car. Close to a studenac market, and close enough to walk to the beautiful beach, which was one block down. There were a few restaurants/boats along the beach. We ate at Barkarola-lovely--one of the boats along the harbor there. Lots of boats, small yachts were there. The walk was about 25 min (only because the beach closest to the apt was under extensive construction for the first 15-20min of walking). We walked about 28 min from there to the Diocletian Palace. We bought fresh fruits from the stalls/stores on side of street Easy to get a taxi to/from city center if needed--cost about 6 euros. (More expensive to park in center for just a couple of hrs) I didn't give it a 10 because I rarely do give anything a 10. But I would definitely stay there again 100%.

Maybe a microwave..but didn't really miss one. No iron in room, but easy to get one once we asked.

Spacious, neat and clean apartment, with a very nice terrace. The host was very friendly and accomodating.

The entire beach area in front of the location is undergoing a major construction project (completion estimated by end of 2024) so the neighborhood is noisy, dusty and the nearest beach is about 20 minutes walking. At least the fact that the apartment building is not in the first row to the beach was good, because we were a bit more protected from the construction site.

It was garbage and construction view instead of sea view! There are a huge construction along the coast and much garbage close to the hotel, but from other hotels. The owner should inform customers about the mentioned. Rude staff.
