Luxury Rooms Near the Beach

The apartment is very well furnished and clean and comfortable. 15 minute drive from the harbour and with 2beaches within walking distance

The area is still in development with lots of building going on.hoqever this is reflected in the price. In a few years rental will cost 3times what we paid

Unfortunately, the beach is being refurbished which meant there was a lot of construction noise and no public transport to the city centre. However this is not the property's fault. It's just one of those things.

The rooms are beautiful ❤️ just like the pictures , the staff is as well nice. This hotel is right next to the beach so you can enjoy the ocean view.

1 and biggest disappointment was that we stayed in room 8 and where there was no network in the phone and the WiFi network only comes till washroom !

The electronic sun shutters and aircon combine for complete climate controlled darkness to wake properly rested. I also liked the big balcony with a mini kitchenette which is an amazing upgrade to just a kettle and some cups.

Only a temporary dislike as this will improve in the future. There is construction of a resort happening on the main beach and promenade in front of the apartment. Then there are also roadworks in the same area. Therefore the bus and taxis don't travel to this spot and also there is no beach in front anymore. You have to swim at other beaches nearby. And walk to the bus stoo two over.

Very nice choice in Split, about 15 min from the old town by car. Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Free outdoor parking in front of the building. Friendly and helpful hosts.

The apartment/room was roomy and clean. The sink/stove top was on the balcony. Nice to have small refrigerator and electric tea pot in the room. Bathroom was good size. We were met by the owner’s sister and mother who showed us around the apartment. The owner was also responsive to helping us figure out the lock on the safe in the closet. The property was about Uber 15 - 20 minute ride to the Riva in Split, depending on traffic.

I was expecting a better view of the ocean from the balcony and that was very disappointing. The view was marred by the massive construction along the ocean path- cranes, trucks etc. We were not told that there is major construction/rebuilding of the beach area on the access road just below the property (although the road the apartment building was on was paved and fine). In fact, the whole experience of getting to the property was terrible as the main road to access the property was torn up and basically rubble rocks. As well as one way in and out. Uber struggled to find us the first morning we wanted to go to explore Split. There are no places/cafes to eat near by except for a hotel where the food was very marginal. So be prepared to make a simple light breakfast - with food you can get at big supermarket about few kms away and at the Tommy market walking distance away.

Very clean and nice rooms. Bathroom excellent. Hosts were very polite and helpful.

There is a construction going on in the beach. Wi-fi did not work during the night.
