Initial entry to the rooms very complicated

Self-catering. Very convenient for grocery supermarket and drug store, where TTC passes could be bought. Excellent views (17th floor), secure access, easy to follow instructions for access to building and apartment. Quieter since not right in centre of the city, but convenient for streetcar into centre. All facilities provided in the apartment – cutlery, crockery, towels, toiletries etc. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again if revisiting Toronto.

Very minor point, but no direct plug-in for USB cables – you need to bring your own adapters. A little construction noise from next to the railroad, but nothing that would disturb your sleep.

Loved the balcony and view of downtown at night. The apartments are located on top of a grocery store, and central to so many restaurants, so food was convenient and various. There is a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and normal kitchen appliances in the unit. It is also located about a ten minute walk from the train station. Be aware that parking is an extra $35 dollars a night. Expensive parking, but there is little to no street parking in Toronto. If I didn't have to drive there, I wouldve flown in and taken the metro to the apt. Loved it, great place to stay!

The only downside (and wasn't a huge deal) for me was that the building is also located on top of a day care or school, so during weekdays, there were kids screaming on the playground right outside the balcony.

Die Lage mit der Straßenbahn vor der Haustür, gute Erreichbarkeit vom Kundenservice, Wohnung sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der Ausblick vom Bett auf die Innenstadt war sehr außergewöhnlich. Gepäckaufbewahrung einfach und zuverlässig (wenn genug Schränke verfügbar sind).

Man muss sich erstmal zurechtfinden mit den verschiedenen Towers und der Beschilderung, an jeder Tür nochmal neu den Code eingeben. Sogar auf den Balkons ist Rauchverbot, aber nicht alle Nachbarn halten sich daran. Ich hatte 2 Aufenthalte im Abstand von einigen Tagen gebucht und es war nicht möglich, diese Aufenthalte in der App in Einklang zu bringen, sondern ich musste mich jeweils separat für die Buchungen einloggen.

Felt like a home from home

A little confusing when first arrived

Super easy check in, spacious apartment, comfortable bed, full bathroom, clean linens. We loved our stay! The location was perfect for what we needed, and to get into downtown it's a short 10-20 min Uber depending on traffic.

Nothing!

My stay here was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed. The roof top swimming pool had the most beautiful view, with the view of the CN tower. The Sonder App was a really cool and efficient feature, had all the information we needed during our stay and a 24hr chat box incase we needed to talk to staff. There is a supermarket/pharmacy just downstairs which came in handy and was convenient.

Poor lighting in the room and water pressure in the shower was not great. I did not really look forward to shower time.
