It’s clean, love the vibe and aesthetically pleasing, accessible to everything. The staffs were very helpful especially Ahmad and Baba as we call him.

Heel mooie riad, mooie traditionele stijl, heel netjes, rustig en goed gelegen

Het ontbijt was te zoet en gesuikerd, zelfs de witte yoghurt. Ik begrijp dat ze het traditioneel willen houden maar wij hebben andere gewoontes en letten op onze gezondheid dus een hartige keuze ernaast zou leuk zijn. Wij waren er 2 nachten, de wifi werkte niet en er was niemand aanwezig om iets aan te vragen. De ene persoon die er enkel voor het ontbijt was wist niet waarom de wifi niet werkte en kon het ook niet uitleggen in het Frans. Pas bij ons vertrek hoorden we dat er een probleem in de straat was en dan hebben ze wel de toeristentaks laten vallen. Ik begrijp dat ze hier niets konden aan doen. Maar wij konden dus niet communiceren met vrienden in een andere riad etc… Dus wel vriendelijk maar geen “aanwezig” personeel

"Bon Riad pour découvrir Marrakech"

L'emplacement est au top , proche du centre ville. Le personnel est vraiment très bien et au petit soin ! Il est possible de réserver une séance massage si vous en avez l'envie !

Chambre légèrement humide et manque de lumière dans la salle d'eau

Das Riad Shajara ist wunderschön und ruhig, aber liegt gleichzeitig sehr günstig innerhalb der Medina. Ahmed kümmert sich sehr gut um die Gäste und hilft bei allen Fragen. Wir wollen auf alle Fälle wieder kommen und können das Shajara guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Everyone were really kind. The riad was very beautiful.

Everything was good. Only the bed was a bit hard in my opinion.
