We were there with my boyfriend, and both of us were super satisfied with the Riad hotel. They were very flexible with the breakfast time which was super great for us, since some days we had leave for day trips pretty early (e.g 7.15, 7.45). When we had questions and needed help, so fast we got answers for our questions.

Staff quite friendly and welcoming. Riad well maintained. Breakfast excellent with delicious local orange jam and honey.

I loved our room, it exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal, near all the things we wanted to see . Outstanding customer service; all employees were kind and accommodating. Loved the breakfast and the cozy atmosphere.

Riad Shajara was one of the highlights of our trip. It’s cleanly and spacious room made our stay comfortable, the breakfast served each morning gave us the best start to each busy day, and the central location of the Riad made everything from sightseeing to shopping so easy to access. My fiancé and I stayed on the second level of the Riad which cascaded morning light through the stained glass each morning. In our room we were able to each have our own sink in the bathroom, plus access to the couch and area on our floor right outside the door to our room. The open air and pool added a calm and cooling energy to the living space. Despite feeling the outside come into the indoor space the only sounds were the chirping of the birds wind rustling through the leaves of the orange tree in the center of the home. Ahmed, as well as the rest of the staff, were the real treat as they made us feel safe and welcome. There is always someone available in the Riad to both handle any requests as well as monitor the door (which is locked well by a physical key you receive at check-in). From the delicious food to the daily maintenance everything we needed was handled by the staff so we could just focus on enjoying our trip and the energy of Marrakesh.

There was no problem with the property, however those traveling should be advised to check their electrical appliances can operate at 240V and to bring their own if possible.

Gostámos imenso do staff, extremamente atencioso e familiar. Chegamos de noite e foram nos buscar á rua principal. Quando chegámos ao Riad fomos recebidas com um chá marroquino. O pequeno almoço era ótimo assim como as instalações. Ótima localização, ficava perto dos mercados e centro de marraquexe. No fim arranjaram-nos um transfer e tivemos uma ótima estadia.
